Ingredients

1 banana (frozen)
1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon almond nut butter (or any nut or seed butter of choice)
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 heaping tablespoon (1 scoop) Further Collagen

Instructions

1. Add all ingredients into a blender and pulse until smooth.
