This is my go-to thyroid protein shake, which takes less than 5 minutes to make and is packed with protein, probiotics and essential nutrients for thyroid and immune function!

1 scoop of vanilla paleo protein powder
2-3 tablespoons organic shelled hemp seeds
1 teaspoon organic matcha powder
1 tablespoon Vitamineral Greens powder
1 teaspoon Immunity Probiotic by Body & Eden
½ teaspoon organic bee pollen
½ teaspoon organic chia seeds
