Further Food Nutritionist Commentary:

Flax seeds are a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, which are key nutrients when it comes to improving and maintaining heart health. Flax also provides both soluble and insoluble fiber to lower cholesterol and aid in digestion, as well as antioxidant-rich lignans. In fact, flax seeds contain about 80 times as many lignans than any other plant food.

Besides being one of the most common morning pick-me-ups, coffee actually supplies many nutrients and health benefits as well. Some of these health perks include lowering your risk for Alzheimer's, type II diabetes, and cardiovascular disease, as well as packing in some serious antioxidants in every cup.
