Homemade Peppermint Patties

  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
  • Cook Time: 5 minutes + freezing time
  • Servings: 8

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups unsweetened shredded coconut
1/4 cup  honey
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1 teaspoon peppermint extract
1/2 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
1 scoop of Further Food Collagen Peptides
About 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. In a food processor— combine coconut, honey, melted coconut oil, peppermint extract, salt, & collagen.
  2. Once blended, roll and flatten onto a plate and put into the freezer for 15 minutes.
  3. Once it’s been 15 minutes, melt your chocolate and roll the patties in the chocolate (sprinkle on some peppermint candy if ya want!) & freeze for 10-15 more minutes.
