One summer day I was trying to figure out what to do with an overly ripe bunch of bananas. It was too warm for banana bread, so I decided to throw them in the freezer. Then, I pureed them in a food processor, and the result was the most unbelievably smooth one ingredient ice cream I’d ever tasted.
