It’s impossible not to crave a fresh, warm cup of hot chocolate when it’s cold and snowy outside. But imagine if you add a little touch of winter holidays to it? It becomes irresistible. This homemade Peppermint Hot Chocolate with Collagen Boost will make you feel cozy and right at home, thanks to its creamy coconut milk, vanilla and flavorful peppermint. While light and low in added sugar, this hot chocolate has a minty and refreshing taste, boosting your energy and immune system. Cocoa powder is known for its antioxidant properties, helping wash out toxins from your body. The collagen keeps your bones and muscles strong and flexible, thus keeping you feeling young. This deliciously hot drink will remind you of your childhood and keep you pumped for the holidays!

Further Food Commentary:

This dairy free drink is full of antioxidants from the cocoa powder and low in added sugar. For those who are vegan, simply sub out the honey for coconut nectar. I love the addition of vanilla and peppermint extract to add sweetness and depth without unnecessary calories or sugar!

Helping you eat better, feel better, naturally.

Founder's story:

"My father had just been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, my mom was
managing her hypothyroid, and my best friend was struggling with painful IBS.
I went online to search for food-based and natural solutions that could help
them heal. But what I found was scattered, disorganized, and left me more confused. I thought, ‘There must be an easier way to discover solutions for various ailments from real experts and from people who had done it themselves. So I decided to build a resource—a platform for food as medicine solutions
for all your health needs. And I decided to take the wisdom from this community to create real food based products that heal.
