I love kefir for its probiotic, gut-health-boosting properties. But I don’t always feel like drinking a glass of kefir because it can be a bit sour. I originally created these kefir pops for my kids because I had some kefir leftover and didn’t want it to go bad while we were on vacation. Now they are my preferred way to “drink” kefir! And I feel good about giving them to my kids because they are so much better than ice pops with all the added sugar.
