    Absolutely, It is very helpful to have a specific goal in mind that can really help motivate myself to eat more healthily. My current goal is to have a wonderful breakfast everyday! One tip for someone don't really care about having breakfast in the morning, you can post picture for everyday's breakfast and let your friends "supervise" you. People all like fresh and lovely look of healthy breakfast:) Gradually you will be self-motivated to have great breakfast and make it as fancy as possible! XD
