Hi, started ,4 weeks ago doing Leslie's 4 mile workout on you Tube and have already started to notice a difference. My knees used to crunch when I first started this work and know they have become stronger they do not crunch, I forgot to say that I do this 4 mile workout 5 times a week and really enjoy it.
