I started a walking challenge about 4 weeks ago. I committed to walking at least 30 minutes a day. I have not missed a day yet, have walked in all kinds of weather. It feels good to walk, I have more energy in my day, and it is helping me in my weight loss journey, not to mention my clothes are getting looser too!
