Leslie has changed my life. I never enjoyed exercising until I found Walk At Home DVDs. I have lost 50 pounds largely due to my obsession with these videos. I started with 1 beginners dvd and Im now the proud owner of 25 Walk At Home dvds that I mix and match. I Walk At Home from 1 to 2 hours daily and the time goes by so quickly plus it is so much fun. Im a fan!
