    I've been using Weight Watchers to lose weight and walking as much as I can. I try to get other forms of exercise such as Eliptical machine, treadmill, and Bowflex. It wasn't until recently at the Weight Watcher meetings that we were doing 5 minute walking stints. I found that even with Osteoarthritis in my knees, I feel great and have purchased a dvd from Walmart and have been using that. Leslie Sansone is truly an inspiration! I plan on combining Weight Watchers and the Walk at Home dvds to achieve my weight loss goals!! Thank you Leslie!!!
