I have been walking with Leslie for almost a year and have lost 47 pounds! Who knew exercising would be this much fun, I get out of bed at 4:45 every morning to walk and makes for such a better day. Since I started, I have also been able to stop taking my anxiety medication since walking helps maintain your stress levels and makes you SO much happier! I still have a ways to go but I look forward to every step to health and happiness thanks to Leslie and her walkers! ????
