I started using the walk at home system when I was pregnant with my second child 14 years ago and have been walking with Leslie ever since. I know use the walk at home system every week day morning at 4 am before I go to work as a teacher. It helps me stay in shape and get me focused and ready to face the day. I love Leslie's energy. She is great to wake up with in the mornings.
