During some rocky years in my late teens and early twenties, I had developed an unhealthy relationship with food. Excessive working out combined with under eating left me slender but not strong or healthy at all. Now as a mother to a beautiful little girl and pregnant with our son, I know my relationship with food needs to mirror all of the things I've learned over the years. Food is fuel and that fuel can, and SHOULD, be absolutely delicious. Our bodies require and deserve nutrient rich and balanced meals. I'm also a lifestyle blogger with an always-growing collection of easy and nutritious meals for families of all ages.
