Stephanie is a Holistic Health Coach who places a strong emphasis on infusing mindfulness into all aspect of daily life, especially eating! She's also a reformed stress-eater, part-time paleo dieter, and sweet potato lover. Her fascination with health and nutrition began in 2012 after being diagnosed with chronic Lyme disease and subsequently healing herself with a combination of dietary changes and antibiotics. She's also an editor at Prevention magazine where she keeps up with the latest  nutrition research and trends. In 2015, she co-wrote the Prevention-branded book Eat Clean, Stay Lean
