I’ve been quite healthy my whole life, with no major problems outside of a more recent battle with arthritis. I suspect it could be the result of a past of poor eating habits and abusive athletic activity that left me with 3 artificial joints. I feel good most days, but will have an occasional day when I ache all over.I noticed that grains and fats, consumed in excess will give me digestive problems, so have tried to stay away from eating a lot of these. I haven’t completely deleted them from my diet, but eat them occasionally and with discretion. I take digestive enzymes if I know I’ll be eating more than usual. I’ve also found that fermented foods have a calming effect on my digestion and well-being.
