My interests are primarily in community nutrition and workplace wellness. Before working in New York City, I spent three years working as a Retail Dietitian for a popular supermarket chain in the tri-state area. In this setting I provided nutrition coaching and developed programs for the store employees, customers and members of the local community. Continuing education is very important to me. I am currently completing my Masters Degree in Nutrition Education at Columbia University. In the future I plan on attending culinary school, becoming a Certified Diabetes Educator and returning to school for a PHD. Lastly, I enjoy sharing my recipes and working with clients through my private practice called Feed Me Fit.To learn more about Nicole and her recipes, visit her blog: www.feedmefitnutrition.com
