My Story

As The College Nutritionist, I strive to help students manage health in dining halls, dorm rooms, and kitchenettes. My nutrition mantra is intuitive and practical – listen to your body, eat the foods you love, and incorporate health along the way. Fad diets will come and go – but the body will consistently work best with the proper balance of nutrients. I am currently living in New York City where I am pursuing my doctorate in Behavioral Nutrition at Teachers College, Columbia University. I am particularly interested in nutrition communications and collective group change.
