I decided to become a registered dietitian nutritionist in order to help others discover how great we can feel when we the right foods. I work with clients who want to achieve optimal wellness and specialize in nutrition for cancer prevention and treatment, digestive issues, and vegetarian diets.
My nutrition philosophy is pretty simple. It’s based on whole foods with a major focus on plants. I live for nutrition but believe a healthy lifestyle is about so much more than food. I’m a strong believer in the power of the mind-body connection and practice with this holistic focus in mind everyday. That’s why fitness, stress relief, and mindfulness also play a major role in my philosophy as a dietitian.
