My Story

I decided to become a registered dietitian nutritionist in order to help others discover how great we can feel when we the right foods. I work with clients who want to achieve optimal wellness and specialize in nutrition for cancer prevention and treatment, digestive issues, and vegetarian diets.  ​

My nutrition philosophy is pretty simple.  It’s based on whole foods with a major focus on plants.  I live for nutrition but ​believe ​a healthy lifestyle is about so much more than food. I’m a strong believer in the power of the mind-body connection and practice with this holistic focus in mind everyday. That’s why fitness, stress relief, and mindfulness also play a major role in my philosophy as a dietitian.​
