3 Ingredient Banana Peanut Butter Nice Cream
4 ripe bananas
4 tablespoons peanut butter
2 heaping tablespoons (2 scoops) Further Collagen
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Optional add-ins: dates, cocoa powder, chocolate chips
1. Peel the bananas and cut into small slices.
2. Freeze for 1-2 hours on a plate or tray.
3. Blend in a food processor with peanut butter, Further Food Collagen, scraping down the bowl when they stick. Add vanilla and/or cinnamon, if desired.
4. Watch as it magically transforms into ice cream!
