4-Ingredient Customizable Yogurt Parfait (Gluten-Free, Vegan Option)
1/2 cup yogurt of your choice (greek yogurt, vegan yogurt, regular yogurt)
1 tablespoon melted all-natural nut or seed butter of your choice (peanut butter, cashew butter, sunflower seed butter)
1/2 cup diced fruit of your choice (strawberries, banana, blueberries, raspberries)
1/4 cup granola of your choice
- In the bottom of a mason jar or bowl, layer half of the yogurt, then half of the nut butter, and finally half of the fruit. Repeat this layering again with remaining yogurt, nut butter, and fruit.
- Top parfait with another spoonful of yogurt and granola. (If you are making this parfait ahead of time, layer all ingredients except for the granola. Seal the jar with the lid and store in the fridge for up to 4 days, depending on the ripeness of the fruit. Top with granola when ready to eat.)
