I love my air fryer! I held off getting one for a while because I live in a really small apartment with a tiny kitchen. But I kept seeing so many delicious ways to use air fryers, so I decided to order a small one. Now I’m addicted! I am constantly experimenting with different ways to use it-my favorite simple recipe is just roasting a bunch of different veggies. I add a little oil and then sometimes my favorite hot sauce and my lunch is made. Basically anything tastes better fried, and these air fried veggies provide lots of flavor, but no guilt.

Air Fryer Crispy Vegetables (Vegan, Gluten-Free)
2 cups of veggies such as brussels sprouts, carrots, sweet potatoes cut into strips or size of choice
1 tablespoon olive oil
- Heat up air fryer for about 5 minutes.
- Add veggies and oil and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Remove from fryer and serve with your favorite hot sauce or as is!
