Air Fryer Crispy Vegetables (Vegan, Gluten-Free)

Print

I love my air fryer! I held off getting one for a while because I live in a really small apartment with a tiny kitchen. But I kept seeing so many delicious ways to use air fryers, so I decided to order a small one. Now I’m addicted! I am constantly experimenting with different ways to use it-my favorite simple recipe is just roasting a bunch of different veggies. I add a little oil and then sometimes my favorite hot sauce and my lunch is made. Basically anything tastes better fried, and these air fried veggies provide lots of flavor, but no guilt.

Further Food Nutritionist Commentary:

Brussels sprouts are low in calories but high in many nutrients, especially fiber, vitamin K and vitamin C. Brussels sprouts are high in fiber, which can promote regularity, support digestive health and reduce the risk of heart disease and diabetes. Brussels sprouts are also a good source of ALA omega-3 fatty acids, which can reduce inflammation, insulin resistance, cognitive decline and blood triglycerides.
