My almond butter collagen granola is perfect by itself or with fruit, yogurt, etc.! The collagen peptides add a ton of protein, making the granola very filling!

Almond Butter Collagen Granola (Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, High Fiber)

Ingredients

2 cups old fashioned oats
¼ cup almond butter
¼ cup honey
½ teaspoon cinnamon
2 scoops Further Food Collagen Peptides
1 cup chopped almonds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 F.
  2. Melt almond butter and honey together until smooth. 
  3. Mix all ingredients together. 
  4. Bake on sheet tray for 20-25 minutes.
