This is one of my favorite and tastiest almond butter cookies, especially because it reminds me of a cookie cake if you bake it in a round skillet! It has minimal and only good-for-you ingredients that you probably have in your kitchen already.

Almond Butter Cookie Cake
1 cup almond flour
2/3 cup creamy almond butter
1 tablespoon of honey
3 tablespoons almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 scoop of Further Food Collagen Peptides
All the chocolate chips your heart desires
- preheat oven to 350 F.
- mix dry ingredients first.
- add wet ingredients to dry mixture.
- mix well.
- place in sprayed skillet or any pan. Circular preferably, if you want it more like a cookie cake.
- preheat oven to 350 for around 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
