Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower

This Anti-Inflammatory Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower is my all time favorite recipe using Further Food’s Superfood Turmeric Powder. It is a huge hit with my family and dinner guests – so easy and food for you as a quick weeknight side dish or dress it up for a dinner party – you can’t go wrong with roasting cauliflower with our Superfood Turmeric. The Superfood Turmeric from Further Food already has cardamon, cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and black pepper (plus anti-inflammatory herbs – boswellia and schisandra berry) – so it significantly cuts down on the number of spices you have to blend yourself. I think the Superfood Turmeric pairs perfectly with Curry Powder for roasted cauliflower – and honestly that’s all you need! Just add salt and pepper and avocado oil and you’re good to go!

If you want to dress it up a bit… after it’s roasted, add a dash of red wine or champagne vinegar, roasted pine nuts, chopped parsley and basil and you’ve got a gorgeous dish for your dinner table! It also makes delicious leftovers too – the roasted cauliflower really absorbs the flavors with time.

Turmeric, cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, and cloves help reduce inflammation and alleviate joint pain. Black pepper is included in this delicious mix to help maximize absorption.
