Why not have a little dessert for breakfast? This “nice” cream recipe is healthy, full of fruit and totally delicious. I added granola to the dish to make it more of a substantial breakfast and to keep you full throughout the morning. The combo of flavours work really well and it is a very satisfying jar of goodness for breakfast. Perfect for on the run!

Banana and Mango Breakfast Nice Cream
2 small bananas – frozen
1 banana – fresh
½ mango – fresh or frozen
½ cup of blackberries
1 tablespoon of apricot and sesame granola or any other granola you like
Optional 1 scoop of Further Food Collagen
- Add 2 frozen bananas and ½ mango to a food processor with a blade attachment and blend until smooth.
- Layer the nice cream with blackberries, banana, and granola and enjoy!
