Ingredients

1 bag semi sweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon of coconut oil
Peanut butter, as desired
1 tablespoon of maple syrup
1/2 banana

Instructions

1. Melt 1 bag semi sweet chocolate chips with 1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil and microwave in 30 second increments at 50% power until fully melted.
2. Coat a muffin tin with a thin layer of chocolate then freeze for about 10 minutes.
3. Add a mixture of peanut butter, Further Food collagen peptides, and a tablespoon of maple syrup.
4. Place a few banana slices on top then cover with additional melted chocolate.
5. Freeze for 30 minutes then enjoy
