Give your mornings a mocha smoothie boost with my banana + coffee + collagen peptides smoothie! It’s so easy to make-just put all the ingredients in your blender and in just a minute you have a delicious breakfast. The collagen gives you a nice boost of protein, helping to keep you full longer. You get lots of fiber and other nutrients from the cauliflower rice. You can use caffeinated or decaf coffee in this-or simply omit for a delicious banana, almond smoothie.

2 ounces strong coffee or espresso
1 small frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen riced cauliflower
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 scoop Further Food collagen peptides 

Instructions

  1. In a high speed blender, blend almond milk, coffee/espresso, banana, riced cauliflower, cacao powder and collagen peptides until smooth.
  2. Top as desired. I used cacao nibs and banana slices!
