Beet Smoothie Bowl (Dairy-Free, No Sugar Added)

Ingredients

For the Bowl:
2 frozen bananas
1-2 frozen whole beets (sub beetroot powder)
1 scoop collagen
1/4 cup coconut water

Toppings:
Banana
Coconut chips
Kiwi
Hemp seeds

Chia pudding:
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/8 cup flax milk
1/4 teaspoon beetroot root powder

Instructions

  1. For the smoothie: Blend bananas, beets, collagen and coconut water until smooth
  2. For the chia pudding: combine all ingredients and let sit for 1-2 hours or overnight
  3. For the bowl: Add the smoothie to a bowl. Top with banana, coconut chips, kiwi, hemp seeds and chia pudding
