Chickpea Cookie Dough

You can put it on top of ice cream, use it as a dip or simply spoon it out of the bowl (my preferred method). This delicious vegan, gluten-free cookie dough is guaranteed to make you forget about all the other sugary and processed variations. Load it up with your favorite toppings, and enjoy.

Further Food Commentary:

This naturally gluten-free cookie dough recipe is a great alternative for those with gluten intolerance or Celiac disease, and much safer than eating traditional raw cookie dough. The chickpeas and peanut butter help to give this treat a boost of protein and fiber, both of which can help keep you full.

This dish also does not contain any animal products, making it a delicious treat that those following a vegan or vegetarian diet can enjoy as well.
