Keto Chocolate Chip Cake

Print

My family absolutely loves this grain-free Keto Chocolate Chip Cake, which is music to my ears since it’s super simple to make, free of added sugar, and packed with healthy fats, protein and adaptogens!

This healthier version of a regular old cake is a win-win. The kids LOVE it, and its not loaded up with tons of extra sugars! There’s only about 3 NET carbs per slice! For me, the best part about making healthier versions of old classic desserts is how they are a little less sweet, which makes them more versatile in my book! Having a cake that’s not as sweet as the usual opens it up to be a delicious breakfast treat, a snack, or a dessert rather than ONLY being a dessert!

My suggestion?  Give it a go. And eat it for breakfast, too — #doctorsorders!

Further Food Nutritionist Commentary:

Monk fruit is a healthy, sugar free sweetener with lots of good for you healthy benefits! Not only is monk fruit anti-inflammatory and full of antioxidants, but this natural sweetener is zero-calorie and doesn’t raise your blood sugar.
