These rich paleo chocolate coconut donuts are an easy and fudgey delicious Paleo dessert that the whole fam will love!   No one would guess they’re healthy and paleo.

I know I can’t be the only one who craves chocolate and/ or donuts. I meant I hope not!!

Either way, I have a feeling you’re going to LOVE what I have for you today. Healthier baked paleo chocolate coconut donuts with a white chocolate frosting that will leave you speechless. Well, I mean I was pleasantly surprised with them…. hopefully I am not alone.

I recently purchased a donut pan and I am IN LOVE with making donuts now. I don’t know how I ever went without one! It’s so fun to experiment and test out new recipes in them!

Another fun and delicious experiment with these donuts was the FROSTING!  On a whim, I decided to add a white chocolate coating to make the chocolate base POP.

It was so simple, and luckily I had some sugar free white chocolate morsels in my pantry! If you don’t that’s totally fine! You can use regular white chocolate or even chocolate! There’s no right or wrong way to top these beauties.

I hope you guys enjoy these easy paleo chocolate coconut donuts as much as I have been! It’s a good one!
