This creamy & dreamy chocolate maca superfood milkshake was inspired by a smoothie we had at the amazing vegan restaurant Alchemy in Ubud.

This exotic milkshake is loaded with popular superfoods to give you that extra boost! The coconut yogurt is great for your gut as probiotics help improve your gut flora and digestive system, while the papaya is a great immunity booster contributing well over 100% of your daily Vitamin C needs! Lastly, Maca is known for antioxidant promotion, helping the body fight off free radicals which can cause cell damage.

Ingredients

1 cup frozen papaya
1/4 cup homemade probiotic coconut yogurt
2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
1 to 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
1 tablespoon cashew butter
1 teaspoon gelatinized maca powder
canned organic full-fat coconut milk, adjusted to desired consistency
optional: sweetener as desired
optional topping: raw cacao nibs
