Here is a recipe for some homemade chocolate, peanut butter & yogurt cups made with our favorite collagen, Further Food’s vanilla collagen peptides. Chocolate Peanut Butter Yogurt Cups

  • Prep Time: 10 minutes (+30 minutes freezing time)
  • Cook Time: 1 minute
  • Servings: 10

Ingredients

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup of peanut butter
1/4 cup of nonfat Greek yogurt
1 scoop of Further Food Vanilla Collagen peptides
Top with crushed peanuts

Instructions

  1. Melt dark chocolate chips in the microwave (15-second intervals, stirring occasionally until melted) and melt peanut butter (add some coconut oil and microwave on 15-second intervals).
  2. Mix nonfat Greek yogurt with 1 scoop of Further Food Vanilla Collagen peptides.
  3. Take a silicon peanut butter cup tray and start layering in melted chocolate, followed by melted peanut butter, then collagen yogurt, then top it with more melted peanut butter and crushed peanuts.
  4. Freeze for as little as 30 mins or as long as overnight.
