These easy baked pears are Paleo-friendly, dairy-free and refined sugar-free. They have simple ingredients, including customizable toppings and are sure to be a family-friendly treat.

Cinnamon Nut-Stuffed Baked Pears (Dairy-Free, High-Fiber, Paleo)

Ingredients

4 Bartlett pears, halved and seeds removed
Cinnamon, to taste
1/2 cup chopped nuts or grain-free granola (pecans, walnuts or granola)
Raw honey, to taste

Optional Toppings:
Salted caramel
Coconut butter
Coconut yogurt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F and slice pears in half. Remove seeds and carve out a little hole to add toppings to.
  2. Sprinkle pear halves with cinnamon.
  3. Add chopped nuts or grain-free granola to each pear half and then drizzle with honey.
  4. Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes until pears are tender but not mushy.
  5. Once done, carefully remove from the oven, add any additional optional toppings and enjoy!
