I love being able to indulge but not having it be super unhealthy! Pancakes are one of my favorite breakfasts and especially when I have a snow day! These Coconut Chocolate Chip Pancakes made with Further Food Collagen are a perfect start to the day and make me so happy! You could even make it for dessert but either way you will love it.

Further Food Commentary:

While ready to go pancake mixes are convenient and yummy, watch out for added sugars when you are choosing yours. Try to pick a brand that is natural and keep only whole ingredients in it. Coconut is a delicious way to add healthy fats into your diet that keep your brain in tip top shape. Adding Further Food Collagen Peptides here also adds a punch of protein that will keep you full until lunch and will keep away those pesky sugar cravings.
