It’s still HOT & so SUNNY here so I figured these COCONUT GOLDEN MILK FUDGE BARS would be the perfect treat! Tastes like fall, feels like summer. I’ve been using my Further Food Turmeric Tonic mix so much lately bc fall & I love it, so convenient and so flavorful w so many health benefits!

Coconuts are high in healthy fat, fiber, and phenolic compounds. The fat found in coconuts can help reduce the risk of heart disease, fiber can help stabilize blood sugar levels and phenolic compounds are antioxidants which can help protect cells against damage caused by free radicals.

Coconut Golden Milk Fudge Bars (Dairy-Free, Egg-Free)

  • Cook Time: N/A (+ 30 minutes of freezing time)

Ingredients

2 cups coconut flakes/sheds
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup  maple syrup
1/2 cup melted virgin coconut oil
3 scoops Further Food Turmeric Tonic Powder

Instructions

  1. Throw all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth, or leave some chunkiness depending on what you prefer.
  2. Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper, pour the mixture in and top with some more coconut flakes.
  3. Freeze for about 20-30 minutes until set.
  4. Cut into bars & ENJOY!
