Further Food Commentary:

Collagen is the secret powerhouse ingredient in this recipe. Supplementing with collagen regularly can help improve the appearance of your skin (aka glowing and smoother skin), and collagen also helps improve gut and joint health. To achieve maximum benefits, we recommend 1-2 servings of collagen daily. So adding it to a baking recipe is a great way to sneak in that extra serving. Collagen will blend right into any dessert recipe, without changing the texture. Here, since the recipe uses Vanilla Collagen, there will be a nice subtle vanilla flavor in this delicious crumb cake.
