Are you looking for a refreshing, cold treat for you (or your kids) on these hot summer days? Try this simple recipe of Collagen Berry-Yogurt Popsicles that hides protein into a sweet treat!

Further Food Nutritionist Commentary:

These popsicles are a great alternative to the sugar-filled store bought kind, and they're super easy to make. Using yogurt as a base makes these sweet treats a great source of probiotics, which help to fight infection and absorb nutrients. Berries contain many health benefits as well. Blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries all support heart health, help lower cholesterol, and contain strong antioxidants such as Vitamin C.
