Collagen Berry-Yogurt Popsicles
1/2 cup fresh yogurt (we use 24 hour fermented yogurt)
1/2 cup organic coconut milk
1/2 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blackberries
1 scoop Further Food Collagen
2 tablespoons raw honey
- Blend all ingredients in a NutriBullet or conventional blender until smooth.
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze up to 4 hours.
- Take out and enjoy every last bite. Voila!
