Creamy Cashew Matcha Dressing (Keto, Dairy-Free)
- Place cashews in a bowl and cover with water. Soak cashews at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- When ready to blend, place all ingredients in a high powered blender or Vitamix and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer to a glass mason jar or glass container and drizzle on your favorite salad or use as a topping or marinade for chicken, shrimp, fish or tofu.
