Most salad dressings (even seemingly “healthy” ones) are made with inflammatory vegetable oils and even added sugar. As a Sugar Detox Health Coach, I always guide my clients to becoming savvy at reading food labels. This simple salad dressing is extremely versatile and filled with superfood ingredients – perfect for a sugar detox or anytime!

Further Food Nutritionist Commentary:

Many salad dressings are loaded with calories, sodium, sugar, and other processed foods. A good way to avoid unhealthy dressings and ensure your salad dressing is tasty and nutritious is to make your own! Also, with the added protein from the collagen, this dressing will keep you feeling full for longer.
