Dairy-Free Collagen Fudgesicles (No-Sugar Added)

During the hot summer months it’s nice to have a healthy treat to enjoy. Most store-bought popsicles have added sugar or artificial ingredients and colorings, so it’s super easy to make your own. You can invest in inexpensive BPA-free popsicle molds or you can even make them in paper cups with wooden popsicle sticks. These Dairy-Free Collagen Fudgesicles are made with Further Food Chocolate Collagen, which makes these protein packed treats make a great snack to beat the afternoon slump.

Further Food Nutritionist Commentary:

Coconut milk is high in medium-chain triglycerides, lauric acid, and saturated fat. Medium-chain triglycerides have been linked to weight loss and improving gut health, lauric acid helps support a healthy immune system, and while most saturated fat is unhealthy there are certain sources (including the saturated fat found in coconut milk) that can increase "good cholesterol" (HDL cholesterol) levels which aids in the improvement of heart health.
