You can invest in inexpensive BPA-free popsicle molds or you can even make them in paper cups with wooden popsicle sticks. These Dairy-Free Collagen Fudgesicles are made with Further Food Chocolate Collagen, which makes these protein packed treats make a great snack to beat the afternoon slump.

Dairy-Free Collagen Fudgesicles (No-Sugar Added)
2 cans full-fat coconut milk
2-3 large small bananas (sliced and frozen or fresh)
4 scoops FurtherFood Chocolate Collagen Peptides with Reishi Mushroom
1 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
Dash of sea salt (optional)
- Place all ingredients in a high-power blender or food processor until smooth (add more liquid if needed).
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze a few hours until set.
