Everyday Kale and Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie
2 cups kale or spinach, or a mixture of both
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup blueberries, frozen
⅛ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp pure vanilla extract
2 tbsp grass-fed collagen powder or Paleo Protein Powder
Water as needed to thin
- Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Add water as needed to thin
