You can’t beat a no-bake recipe, especially one with chocolate! No matter what energy bites recipe you do, it is the perfect opportunity to add in your collagen and protein.

One of my favorite collagens to add in is Further Food’s Vanilla Collagen. This powder includes, collagen peptides, vanilla, tremella mushroom, and monk fruit. Fudgy No-Bake Collagen Brownie Bites

Ingredients

1/4 cup cashew butter

2 scoops Further Food Vanilla Collagen

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1 1/4 cup almond flour

1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

2 1/2 tablespoons monk Fruit classic sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Mix all of your ingredients together.
  2. Place batter in fridge for 10 minutes to firm up a bit, or start rolling them into balls right away
  3. Once in ball form, roll into sprinkles
