As with all my recipes, apart from tasting great, one of my main goals is to create and share recipes which are simple to make, healthy and can be stored for up to a week so you can enjoy it day in, day out. This Easy Ginger Spice Healthy Sugar Free Granola Recipe with crunchy puffed rice and earthy ginger, nutmeg flavour is no exception!

Further Food Nutritionist Commentary:

This granola makes a great breakfast! With 10g of protein and 16g of healthy fat from nuts and seeds, it will keep you full and satisfied for longer. Plus, this recipe uses honey for sweetness which has a lower glycemic index than refined sugar. This means your blood sugar won't spike as high therefore it won't leave you feeling hungry shortly after you eat.
