Ingredients

1 can full-fat coconut milk (chilled)

½ teaspoon cinnamon

1 tablespoon fresh ginger (zest)

2-3 tablespoons pomegranate seeds

Sprinkling of ground cloves

Optional: Honey to sweeten coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Whip the chilled coconut milk until creamy and thick, adding honey if desired.
  2. Stir in spices and pomegranate seeds. Serve chilled topped with extra spices and poms!
