Grilled PB&J (Gluten-Free, Vegan)

Print

We LOVE this grilled PB&J because it is a “stepped-up” adult version of the classic PB&J sandwich we all know and love!

Further Food Nutritionist Commentary:

We love this grilled PB&J because it is so satisfying thanks to the 11g of protein from the peanut butter! The mixed berry jam complements the rich and creamy peanut butter well and keeps the sandwich light and fresh. Lastly, peanuts are a great source of monounsaturated fatty acids which have been shown to reduce risk of heart disease and help aid in inflammation.
