Grilled Pineapple

You don’t have to know the first thing about cooking to make this happen. A pineapple is already naturally delicious. Add some cinnamon and coconut oil and caramelize the natural sugars by grilling it and you’ll win every BBQ this summer!

Further Food Nutritionist Commentary:

Barbecues are usually swamped with not-so-good-for-you summer favorites: hot dogs, creamy potato salads, sugary baked beans, etc. Give your guests a healthier, but still totally summery option with grilled pineapple! It has a smoky flavor from the grill, but provides lots of vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Regardless of dietary restrictions, grilled pineapple will be irresistible to everyone at your cookout!
