You don’t have to know the first thing about cooking to make this happen. A pineapple is already naturally delicious. Add some cinnamon and coconut oil and caramelize the natural sugars by grilling it and you’ll win every BBQ this summer!

1 whole pineapple
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Use a sharp knife to cut the pineapple into quarters, making sure to cut around that hard core part. Throw that mess out.
- Use the knife to cut the skin away, and slice each piece in half lengthwise. You now have 8 peeled pineapple wedges.
- Get a grill pan really hot.
- Shake some cinnamon over the pineapple pieces. Rub them until coated.
- Melt your coconut oil in the grill pan. Drop the pineapple in. Grill for 4 minutes on each side.
