Ingredients

1/2 cup coconut oil
1/2 cup honey
3/4 cup nut butter
5 tbsp raw cacao powder
2 tsp vanilla
Pinch of pink salt
1/2 cup shredded coconut
3-4 scoops Further Food Collagen Peptides
2 cups sprouted oats

Instructions

  1. Combine first four ingredients in a big sauce pan on low-medium heat until melted and really runny.
  2. Mix in collagen, vanilla, coconut and oats.
  3. Drop by the spoonful on parchment paper and let cool.
