Ingredients

1 cup frozen riced cauliflower

1-1.5 cup unsweetened canned coconut milk

1-2 scoops Further Food Collagen Peptides (any variety)

¼ cup frozen raspberries

1-2 teaspoons Further Food Elderberry Soothing Syrup

Ice cubes (if desired)

Optional Add-ins/Garnishes:

Handful fresh baby spinach

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon raw hempseeds

1 teaspoon bee pollen

½ teaspoon spirulina powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small high-powered blender. Add additional coconut milk (or non-dairy milk of your choice) or ice to your desired consistency.  Experiment with the optional add-ins or garnishes. Enjoy!
