As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, my approach to achieving our healthy balance is that “Being Healthy Doesn’t Have to be Hard.”  Instead of adding stress to our busy lives with complicated and restrictive diets that leave you feeling deprived and overwhelmed, I like to focus on making small (but powerful) changes to our nutrition and lifestyle that quickly add up to big results for a lifetime.  I’m always on the lookout for quality products to complement a quality nutrition plan that can naturally boost our health from the inside out. Further Food’s Elderberry Soothing Syrup is a delicious way to support your immune system with less sugar than other brands, plus the added benefit of superfoods – as a Further Food Wellness Expert, this is a win for both taste and nutrition!  Despite contrary belief, we need to be building our immune health every day, not just in the winter months during cold and flu season.  Here are some creative but simple ways you can enjoy Further Food’s Elderberry Soothing Syrup to keep things fresh all year round!

Further Food Commentary:

The berries and flowers of elderberry are packed with antioxidants and vitamins that may boost your immune system. They could help tame inflammation, lessen stress, and help protect your heart, too. Some experts recommend elderberry to help prevent and ease cold and flu symptoms.
